Cancellation and Refund Policy for Just for Vets

At Just for Vets, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality veterinary and pet products, but we understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team at Email: contact@justforvets.in 

  • Full Refund: Orders canceled before shipment will be eligible for a full refund, including the cost of the item and any shipping charges.

B. After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the item to be delivered before initiating a return. Once delivered, the return and refund process will apply (as described below).

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for orders canceled after shipment will not be refunded.

2. Refund Policy

A. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds for items that are:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returned within 20 from the date of delivery.

To request a refund, please contact us at “contact@justforvets.in” with your order details, including your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

B. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Perishable items, such as food or supplements, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Sale items or products marked as “final sale.”

C. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 of delivery with a description of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

D. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong product or a defective item).
  • Refund of Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will refund the return shipping costs.

E. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 2-3 days from return.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition or that are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
